Message When I got the Turbo kit my mechanic installed the heavier set of springs and I still have the lighter springs. If I do have a set of #14 springs in there then it's not adjusted correctly. Lots of people have looked at it and it sure looks and feels like we are holding boost correctly until we hit 22 PSI. I have heard repeatedly that boost controllers can at best double the boost a turbo is set for. 11.5 PSI x 2 is 23PSI - my theotetical limit. The conclusion is that lag is not from the wastegates yet my max hp is limited by my max holding boost.

Am I going to bother changing it at this point? No. For normal driving there is no reason to go above 22PSI except for dyno queen days.

Random tech makes there own midpipes - I got the all stainless ones.
